Every managed plan comes with an SLA. Here are our standard targets; yours are confirmed in writing when we start. Break/fix, retainer, and setup work outside a managed plan is handled during business hours, Mon–Fri 9am–5pm ET.
| Priority | What it means | Example |
|---|---|---|
| P1 Critical | Business stopped, or a security incident | Server down, ransomware, no internet for the office |
| P2 High | A major function is down, or several users are affected | Shared drive or email down for a team |
| P3 Normal | One user or device affected, with a workaround | One laptop won't print |
| P4 Request | Planned work, changes, and questions | New user setup, software install |
| Standard targets | Managed Workstation | Managed Server | Full-Service Contract |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coverage | Business hours, Mon–Fri 9am–5pm ET | Business hours, plus P1 24/7 | Up to 24/7, set in your agreement |
| Remote response P1 / P2 / P3 / P4 | 2h / 4h / next business day / 2 business days | 1h (24/7) / 2h / 4h / next business day | Down to 30 min / 1h / 4h / next business day |
| On-site arrival, P1–P2 | Next business day | Same business day if reported by noon, otherwise next business day | Within 4 hours in your covered metro, up to 24/7 |
| On-site, P3–P4 | Scheduled within 3 business days | Within 2 business days | Within 1–2 business days |
| Also included | — | Monthly backup and health report | Named technician, quarterly review, service credits |
These are our standard targets. Hours and targets are confirmed in the SLA you sign when we start working together, and that SLA governs. Targets are for our first response or arrival, not for the fix. Hours count only within your plan's coverage, and the clock pauses while we wait on you (access, approvals, someone on site) or on a third-party vendor. You set a ticket's priority when you open it in the client portal; we may reclassify it to match these definitions. On-site labor is billed at the published rate unless your plan or agreement includes it.
Every managed device gets remote monitoring, automatic patching, antivirus/endpoint protection, and software installation and management handled proactively — not just fixed when it breaks.
OS and third-party software kept current automatically, with alerts before small issues become outages.
Managed antivirus/EDR on every device we monitor.
Installs, updates, and license tracking for the software your team actually uses.
Tecknicos runs its own products on real CI/CD pipelines and a defined software development lifecycle. We'll build that same setup for your team's stack, and manage it on an ongoing basis — so your engineers ship instead of maintaining pipeline plumbing.
Build/test/deploy pipelines designed around your actual stack and repo layout, not a generic template.
Monitoring, maintenance, and updates to your pipelines as your stack changes — so they don't quietly rot.
Agent-driven automation layered onto the pipeline where it earns its place — code review triage, deploy gating, incident response. Not required to use the service.
Hardware, software, accounts, and small-network troubleshooting — remote anywhere, on-site in the Tampa Bay, Orlando, and Palm Beach County areas.
Desktops, laptops, printers, and the network gear that connects them.
Installs, updates, account access issues, and everyday "it stopped working" calls.
Wi-Fi, routers, and small-office network troubleshooting.
